• You are responsible for final review and approval of all deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You agree to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
